Kidsmarkets stalls

Wether you're a local parent with loads of outgrown baby and children’s items taking over your house, or a local craftsperson or business wanting to talk to families in the area, Kidsmarkets are a great place to start.

 

Kidsmarkets nearly new sales are well established, having been running for nearly 8 years in South Wales. Events usually attract between 120 and 300 customers, depending on the size of the venue. Our stallholders return time again, knowing that they'll get a good price for the items they sell, and our shoppers queue around the block because everything for sale will be in  great 'nearly new' condition and at a fair, secondhand price. Our markets last just 90 minutes, which gives most people plenty of time to browse and sell, without taking up too much of your precious weekend.

 

All stalls must be booked and paid for in advance. If you decide you would like to book a stall, please complete the booking form online, and we will email you with more detailed information about the particular market you have chosen.

Secondhand Stalls - £18


Anyone can book a second hand stall at a Kidsmarkets nearly new sale, and you can sell anything relating to pregnancy or babies & children aged up to around 7 years. All items must be in clean, nearly new condition. It's easy, local and fun, plus you'll come home with less stuff and more money! Our stallholders regularly make between £50- £100 per market, and depending on what they have to sell, some have come home with more than £200!

 

It costs £18 for a secondhand stall, which is payable before the markets. You keep 100% of the money you make on the day, and can charge whatever you like for your items. 

 

We provide the the table and chairs, you just need to bring your great quality items to sell, and perhaps a table cloth. We allocate each table to a stallholder before the market, so there's no need to arrive extra early to jostle for a spot.

 

We allow enough space on both sides of your stall to either place one larger item, or a medium sized clothes rail.  If you don't have your own clothes rail and want to use one on the day, we have a limited number for hire at £3.00 - just tick the box on the booking form.

 

We allow an hour before the market opens to the public for setting up your stall, and half an hour afterwards for packing away. Each market is open for shoppers for 90 minutes, so as a stallholder you will need to allow 3 hours in total.

Business & Craft stalls - £20 / £25

Kidsmarkets sales are a great environment for selling your family focused products or promoting your business directly to local parents. At our markets you'll be in a friendly, sociable environment, with the chance for customers to stop and chat, and for you to let them know what your business is all about.

 

There are three types of business stall:

Business 'info only' stalls are for businesses who just want to give out information and chat. Business 'info 'only' stalls cost £20.

Business sales stalls are for businesses who are selling products. Business sales stalls cost £25.

Craft stalls are for handmade goods which are for sale. Craft stalls cost £20.

 

We run an ongoing 3 for 2 offer for businesses and craft sellers, where the third stall you book with us will always be free. You can either book 3 markets at the same time, or you can wait until you've tried one or two until you book the third. It's up to you!

 

Markets usually have around three quarters secondhand and a quarter business/craft stalls, though this differs from market to market. We do not allow more than one similar kind of business or craft stall at any market, so please tell us the nature of your business in the box provided on the booking form.

Secondhand for Charity stall - £8

 

Selling pre-loved children’s items is a great way to raise money for your favourite charity.

Whether you’re trying to reach a sponsorship total for a challenge event, or simply want to do your bit for the community, we’d like to help, so offer a discounted rate for those who are fundraising by selling their secondhand items for a good cause.

 

Secondhand for Charity stalls work in exactly the same way as a secondhand stall, except the charity get 100% of the money raised, rather than you!   If you are not from the charity, you will also need to ask the charity you are supporting to email us following your booking, telling us that they know you are fundraising for them.
